Aus gegebenem Anlass mal kurz politisch zum Wochenende, den der Mensch lebt nicht vom Brot allein. Au contraire: er wird irgenwann ungehalten, sobald er dieses nicht mehr bezahlen kann, was uns ja seit 1789 bekannt sein sollte. Im schönen alten Schwarz-Weiß-Film The New Moon geht es um die besagte französische Revolution und es wird ordentlich gesungen, zum Beispiel “Stout-hearted men“, wovon wir den Text zeigen, weil der Film nicht zu bekommen ist. Hier können Sie zumindest die Musik von Sigmund Romberg und Oscar Hammerstein II hören.
